How much notice is required to reserve and aircraft?

We can depart with as little as 90 minutes notice.

Is it possible to charter a plane one way?

Yes, however in most cases the trip will be quoted as a return journey as the aircraft normally has to return to it’s home port.

Can we purchase a single seat on a charter?

No, the charterer is responsible for the cost of the whole charter.

When is it necessary to confirm your booking?

Confirmations must be made at least 24 hours before the flight.

What time do we need to be at the airport prior to boarding the plane?

We can normally depart within 10 minutes after the last passenger arrives. We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Is there a limit to the amount of luggage to be taken on board?

This depends on the number of passengers, and the aircraft allocated for the charter.

Is in-flight catering provided?

On shorter flights light refreshments are offered. On longer flights, more extensive catering can be arranged with the pre flight planning.

Are there rest facilities on board?

This depends on the aircraft selected for the charter.

When I arrive at the destination what will happen?

You will be accompanied by the air crew to the terminal building where appropriate ground transport will be waiting. Ground transport can be arranged when you book your charter.
