“Over the last 3 years we have been contracting Skypac Aviation to fly us around our stores to do our annual inventory trip. This process is essential to our business in many ways. It provides the ability to gather an accurate “Used” stock value to grow the business. To do this the process has to be time critical, cost effective, with safety being paramount for all concerned. Skypac take all this into consideration when taking on the task at hand. We have found that Skypac’s flexibility has assisted in streamlining our business and allowed us to expand faster than if we weren’t using them to help with this process, it’s become more than a contract, it’s a partnership. Our Directors from the US and Australia are all on this trip and nothing is spared to make us comfortable and get us from site to site “on time every time”. Skypac don’t just supply planes, they supply a premium service! If we need a car to get us to the plane they will organise it, nothing is too much trouble! If we were to try and undertake this on a commercial airline it would simply take weeks and the monetary and physical toll would never allow us to make this trip happen. We can visit our 5 stores in less than a week and audit the inventory at all of them with ease. With the accurate information in hand we are able start up new stores in other areas. We were unable to do this in the past. Skypac simply allow us the ease of spending the whole day working and with one call to the pilot the rest is handled with professionalism and haste. I would recommend Rick and his team to anyone and we are very happy to continue use them into the future.”
